Immunostaining

Immunostaining: the laboratory process of detecting an organism in tissues with antibodies. These antibodies are labeled with a compound that is seen as a colored deposit when viewed microscopically.

Immunostaining can be used to mark certain tumors witch can assist in the treatment of the patient.
There are many such stains that we do on site to in an effort speed up the diagnoses process, as well as the accuracy of the diagnoses.
